The ELISSON hostel is an agro-tourism enterprise of people living in the mountainous village of Kryoneri Korinthias, 150 km from the Athens Airport. The hostel was built above the valley of the river Elisson, offering a large view over the river. The architecture of the building – stone, timber, tile – is in complete harmony with the old local traditional architecture, as well as with the surrounding natural landscape. The hostel has five rooms with big verandas, a common living – with a fireplace and an open kitchen, a small library with computers and a seminar and meeting room, as well as a nice green courtyard of 5 acres, with trees, grass, flowers and an organic vegetables garden.
From Kryoneri it takes only 15 km to the next beach of the famous Gulf of Corinth. Kryoneri is the ideal place to go hiking in the beautiful mountains or to go for a swim in the Gulf of Corinth.
The hostel offers hospitality to individual visitors, families, but also to groups. It can host meetings and campaigns organised by young people or students teams, naturalists, hiking and biking associations. They can enjoy their stay in a beautiful and relaxing environment, for training, recreation and cultural purposes. No matter if you are visiting Greece for a short trip or a longer vacation, ELISSON is the ideal solution. Here our guests can lie back and relax or enjoy days filled with various activities.

You drive to the seaside town Kiato (Corinthian Gulf) using the motorways “Attiki” (A6 / E94) & “Olympian” (A8 / E94) (Athens airport – Corinth -Patras) exit 15 Kiato / Stymfalia. You continue towards Stymfalia and you will reach Kryoneri in 10 Km and 10 min. drive. The road Kiato – Stymfalia – Kryoneri brings you quickly & comfortable from the sea to the alpine world on the mountains. The wine & raisins road drives you from Kryoneri to the famous Nemea wine region offering a wonderful panorama over the Corinthian Gulf & the vineyards.
Rail
